Dr. Yajnaseni Pethe is a qualified integrative medicine professional with a background in naturopathy and yogic sciences, dedicated to helping individuals achieve sustainable health through evidence-informed, lifestyle-based approaches.
She holds a degree in Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) and an MD in Clinical Yoga, combining traditional wellness wisdom with contemporary understanding to provide personalized and practical guidance for long-term well-being.
With a special interest in preventive healthcare and lifestyle transformation, Dr. Yajnaseni works closely with individuals to address the root causes of health concerns through yoga therapy, lifestyle modification, nutrition guidance, stress management, and holistic wellness practices.

Akshay Amshekar brings together industrial experience, entrepreneurial leadership, and a passion for holistic wellness. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and experience in manufacturing and production environments, he has firsthand insight into the physical and mental challenges faced by today’s workforce, including stress, sedentary lifestyles, fatigue, and work-life imbalance.
These experiences inspired him to focus on Workplace Wellness, recognizing that employee well-being is essential for both personal growth and organizational success. As a Workplace Wellness Consultant, Akshay works with companies and institutions to design practical wellness initiatives that promote physical health, stress management, productivity, and a positive workplace culture.
Through Vivartanam Wellness, he combines traditional yogic wisdom with modern workplace needs, delivering corporate yoga programs, wellness workshops, and preventive health initiatives that are accessible and effective for people from all walks of life.
Akshay is also a strong advocate of Surya Namaskar, which he considers a complete and time-efficient yoga practice for improving strength, flexibility, endurance, and mental focus. His dedication to this practice is reflected in his achievement of performing 1,000 Surya Namaskars in a single day and his participation in the 75 Crore Surya Namaskar Campaign.

With experience teaching yoga to women, school students, and participants in disease-specific and wellness-focused programs, Veda brings a compassionate and inclusive approach to her sessions.
